  • Nolan Cressler is back in action in the Pittsburgh Basketball Club Pro Am on Monday.  On Wednesday, Cressler had another strong game and has captured the attention of the Pitt Panther fans.  The Panther Lair recaps the game as follows, "South Hills Audi 76, GNC 66.  Pitt alum Chevron Troutman scored 24 points and grabbed 16 rebounds as South Hills Audi rolled to its third-straight win of the summer.  Troutman - despite having eight turnovers on the night - made 11 of his 15 shots from the field and controlled things in the paint. He also keyed an 8-0 run midway through the first half, giving South Hills Audi an early 26-15 lead.  GNC made it a game in the second half. The squad went on a 7-0 run, capped by a Kasey Tuttle three-pointer, which tied the game at 54. However, South Hills Audi responded with a 10-0 run of its own, sparked by a pair of huge blocks from Troutman and fellow Pitt alum John DeGroat on back-to-back possessions.  The Cresslers continue to impress for South Hills Audi. Nolan Cressler scored 18 points on 8 of 14 shooting and grabbed five rebounds while Andrew Cressler added seven points and seven boards. DeGroat chipped in 10 points, five coming during South Hills Audi's 10-0 run.  TraVaughn White led GNC with 30 points on 12 of 21 shooting including 2 for 4 from beyond the arc. Duquesne's Derrick Colter had an off-shooting night, only netting nine points on 3 of 12 shooting." Panther Digest also provides a recap as follows, "South Hills Audi 76 GNC 66 South Hills Audi won its second game in a row, a 76-66 win over GNC.  Former Pitt standout Chevon Troutman led South Hills Audi, again. This time, Troutman dumped in a double-double of 24 points and 16 rebounds.   Nolan Cressler chipped in 18 points, his second double-figure outing in as many games. Former Pitt player John DeGroat added 10, in the win. South Hills Audi made the biggest difference on the glass with a 42-25 edge.  Despite the loss, Duquesne's Tre'Vaughn White finished with 30 points on 12-21 (57.1%) shooting."
